Hands down, my favourite ritual is my morning coffee. I look forward to it and never tire of it.
But truth be told, coffee and I have a love / hate relationship. I love the smell, the taste and the ritual of a warm cup of coffee each morning. What I don’t love it the side effects. I’m one of those people whose anxiety is amplified by coffee. Lucky me!
So I need to be super strategic about enjoying my coffee so I don’t abuse it. I also make myself feel better about drinking coffee by adding in ALL the wellness ingredients to make it go the distance. One of those ingredients is the Lion’s Mane tincture from Rainbo medicinal mushrooms!

Brewed Coffee
Rainbo Lion’s Mane Tincture
Your Favourite Creamer or Milk
Your Favourite Sweetener (optional)
Collagen Powder (optional)

Instructions
- Brew your coffee – I prefer to boil water and use a French Press but coffee made in a pot is equally great
- Pour your brewed coffee into your favourite mug
- Add two droppers of the Lion’s Mane tincture
- If using, add two scoops of collagen powder
- Add your favourite creamer or milk
- If using, add your favourite sweetener
- Stir or add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz
- Sip slowly and relax
